Rockin' Randy's birthday at Club Fox!

CoverGrrlz had an awesome time playing at Club Fox last Friday night with RockSkool!

RockSkool was amazing, playing great tunes from The Who, Billy Idol, Van Halen, Red Hot Chili Peppers, U2, Journey and more! Rockin' Randy stirred up the crowd as a great frontman should, jumping into the audience at one point to hand out inflatable guitars to all the air guitarists, who could then "play" along with the crankin' lead guitar lines, smokin' licks and riffs of Terry Lauderdale and Eric Jorgensen.

It was RockSkool singer Rockin' Randy's birthday, so RockSkool played until 11:30 and then The CoverGrrlz took the stage to keep the soundtrack rolling while Randy and the rest of the RockSkool guys could have celebration time with fans and friends.

The Grrlz got a guided tour of the big Fox, which in the last few years was renovated to its former glory as an early 20th century vaudeville house. There are beautiful paintings in the lobby and theatre itself that were uncovered upon renovation, and the fixtures/decor is retro-beautiful! If you have a chance to see a show there, you'll really enjoy the old-school golden-era vibe of the theatre!

We had a great time rockin' out at Club Fox, which is right next door to the big Fox. Club Fox is an really great place to see live music--comfortable and intimate with seats upstairs and down, friendly staff and a large dance floor on which to shake your tailfeathers. It was our second time rockin' the stage at Club Fox, and we hope to be back there again soon!

All-in-all, a really fun night, and we were so happy to see some of our most faithful fans in the audience! Thank you for being a part of the evening! We're always extra happy to see you out there rockin'!
